SHIPPING RATES
Please use our Shipping Calculator during Checkout for accurate shipping rates. Price includes packaging, handling, and service fees, excluding import-taxes, associated with shipping your goods. Any shipping charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages. Cardistry Touch is not responsible for customs fees incurred from imported goods. If you do not see a shipping option for your order, please email contact@cardistrytouch.com with your order details to inquire about shipping options for larger orders.

Once you place your order, your order details will be automatically sent to our Warehouse, located in Texas, U.S.A. All orders dispatch within 48 hours on business days. Once shipped you will receive confirmation email. 
The more decks you order the cheaper your “per-deck shipping rate” becomes. Stock up and save!

DOMESTIC:
- First Class USPS: 1-5 Business Days
- Priority Mail USPS: 2-3 Business Days

INTERNATIONAL:
*International packages shipped using USPS cannot be tracked once they reach international customs. As a result, Cardistry Touch CANNOT be held responsible for any lost or stolen international packages.*

- USPS First Class Mail with Tracking: Usually arrives within 21 business Days

Countries with tracking available: Canada, Great Britain, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Australia, Singapore, Belgium, Ireland, Croatia, New Zealand, Denmark, Israel, Estonia, Finland, Portugal, Gibraltar, Netherlands, Hungary, Sweden, Latvia, Switzerland, Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta

- USPS First Class Mail without Tracking: Usually arrive within 30 business days.

Tracking number is NOT available for this Shipping Method. We can provide a Reference Number If needed.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM
Our top priority is that you can receive your items in perfect condition. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and please let us know immediately of any damages. Any damage claims made on an order must be submitted via email to contact@cardistrytouch.com within 7 days of receiving the package. In your email, please include the order number, pictures of the damaged items, as well as pictures of the packaging.

If the items you received are deemed defective after our inspection, a replacement will be sent. If the item is sold out, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the item. Shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the items are deemed defective upon inspection. In that case, we will send a replacement with free shipping.
LOST & STOLEN PACKAGES
Once packages have left our warehouse, Cardistry Touch CANNOT be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages. If there is an issue with the tracking of a particular shipment, please contact your local postal office or courier for assistance.

Here are some of our suggestions if your package did not arrive on time:

1. If you selected USPS First Class Mail with tracking, please reach out to your local postal office and provide your tracking number. In our experience, the reason most packages do not arrive on time is due to charges from customs department when crossing the border. When your country’s customs department reaches out to you to pay custom fees, please pay it immediately. For some countries, the customs department is slower than others, meaning it would take them longer to scan and release packages and cause delays in the shipment.

In some very rare occasions, we have even heard from customers that their packages arrived after 2 months! So it all depends on the customs department of your home country and how efficient they are.

2. If you selected USPS First Class mail WITHOUT tracking, please contact us for a Reference Number of your package. You can reach out to your local postal office with this Reference Number and it can help them identity the status of your package.
